Thank you to the San Diego Employees' Charitable Organization (CECO) for our $981 grant to purchase over 250 books for students in a second/third grade classroom at Harborside Elementary School. The teacher, Jessica Bruder, is shown in the photo. In December, our members donated over 100 books and 23 bags of games and school supplies. The students will receive their new books in the spring and summer. This project was led by Betty Waznis.
